The Delivery cum Sales Executive is responsible for timely delivery of herbal products to customers and retailers while actively promoting and selling products to achieve sales targets. This role combines logistics, customer service, and field sales to expand market reach and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Proven delivery experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Sales & marketing skills
- Customer handling & relationship management
- Time management and route planning
- Basic record keeping and reporting
Note: Should have valid 2 wheeler license & 2 wheeler
Responsibilities
- Deliver herbal products to retailers, distributors, and customers on time
- Promote and sell company herbal products in assigned areas
- Identify new customers, shops, and business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collect payments and ensure proper billing and documentation
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure proper product display and visibility in shops (merchandising)
- Maintain delivery records, sales reports, and stock updates
- Coordinate with office/warehouse for order processing and stock availability
Experience
Fresheres / Experienced both are encouraged to apply
Education
12 th or above
