We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven 3W Sales Head to lead sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive overall business growth. This role requires strong coordination across sales, marketing, and collections functions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive retail performance
• Manage billing processes and ensure smooth operations
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Develop and expand dealer networks
• Monitor collections and ensure timely payment realization
• Handle stock management, including clearance of old vehicle inventory

• 5–6 years of experience in sales (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Result-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
