Job Summary

One of our subsidy company is seeking a Business Manager to drive commercial performance for small commercial vehicle and EV automobile-related operations within our manufacturing environment. The role is for a hands-on professional with 5+ years of relevant experience who can manage sales/operations coordination, partner performance, and business outcomes under real production and market pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business coordination for small commercial vehicle and EV automobile commercial activities linked to manufacturing operations.

Monitor sales pipeline, customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups to ensure timely conversion and execution.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align delivery schedules, inventory availability, and service readiness.

Track key commercial metrics (leads, conversion rates, order book, delivery performance, returns/warranty signals) and report on outcomes.

Manage distributor/dealer and channel partner performance, including target tracking, pricing discipline, and supply follow-through.

Ensure documentation and compliance for commercial transactions, including customer records, purchase/sales documentation flow, and audit readiness.

Support product promotion activities such as campaigns, customer meetings, and field feedback collection for continuous improvement.
