📋 About This Role

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive sales and expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealers and retailers, developing new customers, and maintaining strong channel relationships.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and painters.

Identify and develop new dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.

Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper territory coverage.

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.

Experience in paints, hardware, construction materials, or building materials will be highly preferred.

Valid two-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
