Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Public Relations Officers (PROs) / Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and support overseas recruitment services. The role involves lead conversion, client counselling, and consistent follow-ups to achieve individual and team targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day to new leads — all leads from Facebook ads, TikTok, referrals, etc.
- Send a minimum of 30 WhatsApp/Viber follow-up messages per day to all pending and interested clients.
- Attend to all walk-in clients promptly — greet professionally, offer tea/water, collect name and phone number.
- Conduct in-depth counselling sessions (45–60 minutes) explaining destination country, job details, salary, process, etc.
- Show clients success testimonials — photos, videos, and contact details of previously placed workers (with permission).
- Complete intake registration form for every serious client before they leave the office.
- Hand over documents checklist to every client after counselling — no client leaves without a checklist.
- Follow up on all pending applications within 48 hours — no lead goes cold without at least 3 follow-up attempts.
- Address client objections professionally: fee concerns, family concerns, permit questions, cost breakdowns.
- Know all current country work permit rules, salary ranges, and job categories in complete detail.
- Maintain a personal daily call log — submitted to Office Manager by 5:30 PM every day without fail.
- Attend monthly training refresh sessions conducted by Office Manager or MD.
- Build and maintain the testimonial database — collect 1 new testimonial per week from placed workers.
- Candidates aged between 22 and 35 are highly encouraged to apply.
