1. Position

Department Head: 3 Information Technology (IT), Internal Audit, Credit Risk

• Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years' experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFIs or,
• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFIs.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Should be well acquainted with day to day department functions and process with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Must have overall knowledge of various Acts & policies related to banking norms including Unified NRB Directive.
• Must be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
• Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the department.
• Must possess excellent business communication, reporting critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the task.

2. Position

Branch Manager: 3

Age

Not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years' experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFIs or,
• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years' experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFIs.

Required Knowledge & Skills

IT Assistant (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor): 1

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT from recognized University.
• At least 3 years' experience in the hardwork & networking function of NRB licensed BFI's.
