Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify children’s physical development needs.

Develop and implement therapy plans focused on improving physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment as required.

Guide and educate families to support their children.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and educators.

Participate in outreach programs and camps.

Maintain detailed records and reports of each child’s progress.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).

2 years of experience working with children with disabilities.

Experience in pediatric handling is preferred/required.

Knowledge of pediatric therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children.

Willingness to travel for camps and outreach programs.
