Job Description

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on visa requirements, processes, and timelines for study destinations.
• Assess applicant eligibility based on financial, academic, and compliance requirements.
• Guide students in preparing visa applications, supporting documents, and financial evidence.
• Review and verify documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Submit applications through appropriate visa lodgement systems.
• Provide students with updates on application status and next steps.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and VFS where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with latest visa regulations, GTE/Genuine Student checks, and institutional requirements.
• Maintain accurate visa records in CRM and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling or international education.
• Strong knowledge of student visa processes for key destinations.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to assess financial and compliance documents.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
