TSK is looking for an individual to take the role of Finance Admin. & Human Resource Manager (FAHRM) who can take lead in different aspect of budget development, finance, administration and human resource management. Candidates from disadvantaged, socially excluded/marginalized, and minority backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

In close coordination with and strategic guidance from the Program Lead and Organization Head (PL&OH), Finance Admin. & Human Resource Manager (FAHRM) will take lead on financial management, accounting, administration & human resource management to maintain transparent, accountable and responsible internal control system within organization. FAHRM will work closely with Program Lead & Organization Head and management team to maintain oversight on financial planning and decision-making. Below are the detail responsibilities:
