We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise budgets, and maximise ROI.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing marketing creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage marketing calendars, promotions, and product launch campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
