Sales Engineer

Mogha Energy is expanding its sales team and is looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to help grow our footprint in the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for a technically grounded professional with a genuine talent for sales — someone who can build client relationships, understand technical requirements, and close business with confidence.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or business development. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Candidates should also be capable of preparing technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business development and analytical capabilities, the ability to coordinate effectively across teams, and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure. Willingness to travel to client and project sites is required.
