● Handle student applications for Australian institutions from submission to final outcome.
● Manage and process admission applications accurately and within deadlines.
● Provide guidance to students regarding application requirements and procedures.
● Coordinate with Australian universities and colleges for application updates.
● Assist students with documentation and compliance requirements.
● Handle visa processing for Australia, including document preparation and lodgment.
● Ensure timely follow-up on applications and visa status.
● Maintain accurate records and reporting in internal systems.
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Australia admission and visa processing.
● Strong knowledge of Australian education system and visa procedures.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
● Experience working in an educational consultancy.
● Familiarity with Australian immigration updates and policies.
