About The OpportunityA fast-growing consumer goods distributor operating across Nepal’s mid-hills and urban centers, we’re scaling our ground sales force to drive retail penetration, brand visibility, and distributor alignment. Based in Pokhara, you’ll be on the front lines of market expansion — building trusted relationships with kiranas, supermarkets, and regional wholesalers to fuel consistent revenue growth and market leadership.Role & Responsibilities

• Execute daily field sales calls to existing and new retail outlets across Pokhara and surrounding districts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting product displays, managing stock availability, and driving impulse buys.
• Collect real-time market intelligence — competitor pricing, shelf placement, and customer feedback — and report weekly to regional managers.
• Onboard and train new distributors/sales agents on product knowledge, sales scripts, and CRM usage.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery and reduce stockouts.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations on the ground while maintaining brand reputation and compliance standards.
