Enlighten International Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Field Marketing Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing, institutional visits, seminars, and promotional events.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate follow-up with the Admissions team.
• Promote Enlighten Education's services and maintain strong brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Maintain activity records and submit regular reports.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and partnership targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 1year of experience in field marketing with educational institutions is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Nepali.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
