The role involves assisting with data entry, basic reporting, reconciliations, and record maintenance, while learning financial procedures, controls, and company policies to build a strong foundation for a career in finance.Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate monthly upfront and ongoing (trail) commissions accurately
  • Analyze data received from lenders and reconcile it with internal system records
  • Match commission payments with sales data and bank statements to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare commission reports for brokers and sales team members
  • Maintain, organize, and update commission-related data and documents
  • Process approved commission payments in the accounting system
  • Use Microsoft Excel for calculations, data analysis, and reporting
  • Follow internal procedures to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or trainees with qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables; advanced skills are a plus)
  • Willingness to learn accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
