Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and timely service. The role involves answering phone calls, providing accurate information about menus and services, and assisting guests with special requests or accessibility needs. The Host/Hostess also helps maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, supports guest feedback collection, and follows company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and safety. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.Qualifications
