Senior Software Engineer - React Native

Job Description

A growing design and technology studio seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Mobile (React Native) for its team in Lalitpur, Nepal. The main responsibility is to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications with React Native.

You will build scalable mobile applications with TypeScript and React Native, deploying them across iOS, Android, and tablet platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain React Native applications using clean, reusable code.
• Deploy and test applications using tools such as TestFlight and Expo.
• Develop scalable design systems that work seamlessly across phones and tablets.
• Implement precise user interfaces in accordance with design specifications.
• Create smooth animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
• Integrate native APIs to enable advanced functionality on Android and iOS.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Contribute to feature planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates.
• Provide regular technical updates to clients.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing and publishing mobile applications with React Native.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React Native and TypeScript.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with backend technologies is an advantage.
• Experience with monorepo architecture is preferred.
• An understanding of web application development is beneficial.
