Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Fiber Operation Manager based in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of fiber optic network installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The manager will ensure quality service delivery, supervise technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years plus Experience in fiber optic network operations and management
• Knowledge of GPON Technology and FTTH Internet Service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Technical proficiency in broadband internet and IPTV services
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
