Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Kathmandu office. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Core responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing budgets, optimizing marketing efforts, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with PPC, Influencer Marketing, and Video Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Web Design and familiarity with website analytics tools
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret market trends to optimize strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role in marketing is highly desirable
