Role Description The Head Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site position based in the Nawalparasi District. This role leads the graphic design function, overseeing the creation of visual concepts for digital and print materials, including logos, brand assets, marketing collateral, and user interface elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design projects from concept to delivery, guiding a team of designers, collaborating with marketing and development teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Head Graphic Designer will review and refine design work, maintain design standards, and contribute to creative strategy for campaigns and product launches. This role also involves presenting design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and staying current with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the ability to create visually compelling layouts and assets.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with experience developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print media.
• Expertise with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with design for web and mobile interfaces.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and leadership in design projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective visual solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
