Role Description The Video Producer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Video Producer will plan, script, and produce multimedia content that showcases the company’s services, processes, and brand story across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating video shoots, managing production timelines, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring that all visual content aligns with business objectives. The role also involves overseeing editing and post-production workflows, maintaining consistent quality standards, and optimizing video materials for various channels. The Video Producer will contribute to creative ideation and help develop engaging video assets that support marketing campaigns and client communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia to manage end-to-end content creation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production to deliver polished, high-quality final outputs.
• Candidates should possess experience with Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual engagement.
• Relevant experience with industry-standard video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is beneficial.
• A background in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production, is preferred.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Kathmandu, are required.
