In this role, the team member will plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and capturing high-quality footage for various client and internal projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualize visual narratives, filming on location or in studio, and managing media assets. The role also involves editing video content, adding motion graphics and sound design where needed, and preparing final deliverables optimized for multiple digital platforms. The Videographer and Editor will maintain equipment, stay current with industry trends and tools, and contribute creatively to storytelling approaches that align with client objectives and SCC’s video-first, AI-first ethos.Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing workflows, and delivering polished content.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, with proficiency in using different camera systems and lenses.
• Candidates should possess practical Lighting and Shooting Video skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for various environments.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments, with an understanding of digital platforms and content formats, is advantageous.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under deadlines in a collaborative, on-site team setting are required.
• A portfolio demonstrating videography and editing work, and formal education or training in film, media, or a related field, will be considered an asset.
