Role Description The Senior Graphics Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including brand materials, marketing collateral, UI elements, and promotional content. The designer will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining logos and brand identities, selecting and applying appropriate typography, preparing designs for production, and maintaining consistency across all design outputs. The Senior Graphics Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards and processes, and actively participate in creative brainstorming and reviews.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, requiring close coordination with colleagues and participation in regular reviews, stand-ups, and project planning activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced visual and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop and evolve cohesive brand identities.
• Solid command of Typography, with experience in selecting and pairing typefaces for readability and visual impact.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or software/IT environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
