We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, managing staff, controlling costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, wastage, and overall restaurant performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and efficient service.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, sales reports, and staff performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily closing procedures.
• Coordinate with management regarding business performance, staffing, and operational requirements.
