About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The role will involve residential construction projects, with key responsibilities in site supervision, quality control, quantity estimation, coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

• Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.

• Review architectural and structural drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.

• Assist in cost control and minimize material wastage.

• Coordinate with the office team and provide regular updates on project progress and issues.

• Ensure proper quality and timely execution of assigned works.
