Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive personal/ office assistant to support day-to-day operations, administrative coordination, and executive assistance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative, accounting, and research functions.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage calendars, reminders, and travel arrangements.
- Identify and track new business opportunities, including tender notices and RFPs.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, including maintaining bills, invoices, contracts and records
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally.
- Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews).
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Specification
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
