📋 About This Role

The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the company on regulatory, contractual, corporate, employment, dispute, and compliance-related matters. The role will ensure that the company’s business operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and regulatory requirements related to internet and telecommunications services.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to management and different departments on day-to-day business activities.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage agreements, contracts, MoUs, vendor agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and directives related to ISP and telecommunications operations.

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.

🔧 Required Skills

Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent contract drafting and reviewing skills. Good negotiation and communication skills.
