Accounting Software Support Officer

Job Description

• Software Installation & Configuration.
• Accounting concept known and account background is preferred.
• Client Site Visit and Online / Offline Software Training Support.
• Provides Training, Assistance and Technical support to Client.
• Troubleshooting software problems, offering guidance on software usage, and collaborating with development teams to address and resolve issues.
• 2-wheel driving licence is compulsory or in process.

Job Specification

• Good Knowledge of Basic Computer , Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Email Internet, Other online platform
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good Communication Skill.
