Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial records. This role is suitable for candidates with at least one year of experience, while enthusiastic freshers with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts

• Prepare and record daily financial transactions

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in tax filing and ensure compliance with local regulations

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records

• Support audits and provide required financial data

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters

• Assist senior accountants or management as required

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related role preferred

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or similar tools)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
