Job Description
RV Group is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support daily financial operations and office tasks. The role includes maintaining financial records, handling invoices, assisting in reconciliations and reports, and supporting tax and compliance activities. The candidate will also manage basic administrative and messenger duties, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Basic Accounting Tasks
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Maintain journals and ledgers
- Assist in preparing financial statements
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Ensure documents are accurate and easily accessible
Handling Invoices
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Verify and process supplier invoices
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Bank & Cash Reconciliation
- Assist in reconciling bank statements with company records
- Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies
Assisting in Financial Reports
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Tax & Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing tax documents (VAT, PAN, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial data
- Communicate with vendors and clients for payment-related matters
Messenger / Office Duties
- Delivering documents between offices, banks, or clients
- Handling deposits, payments, and official paperwork
- Collecting bills or submitting forms
- Running general office errands
Administrative Tasks
- Filing and organizing documents
- Handling basic office communication
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
Preferred for Immediate Joiner who have own two-wheeler with valid license.
Job Specification
- Knowledge of Accounting principles including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting or a related role is an advantage
