RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer calls and provide flight/ticket information.

Assist with bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes.

Inform passengers about delays, cancellations, baggage, and check-in.

Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.

Coordinate with ticketing, airport, and operations teams.

Record customer requests and complaints accurately.

Maintain good communication, patience, and telephone etiquette.

Follow airline policies, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
