Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, and retailers to promote Tata Genuine Parts.

Achieve assigned sales targets through regular market visits and customer follow-ups.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network in the assigned territory.

Coordinate with the warehouse and service teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.

Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update daily sales activities.

Support promotional campaigns, product awareness activities, and dealer engagement programs to increase brand visibility

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Good knowledge of automotive components and genuine parts business is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and handle field-based work.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting skills.

Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (preferred for field visits).
