Position: Restaurant Captain

Location: Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu

MTR Kathmandu (South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant)

We are hiring a Restaurant Captain to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the service team during operations
• Conduct daily briefings and team meetings
• Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team
• Ensure consistent and high-quality guest service
• Support and guide team members on the floor

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
