Badimalika Coffee is looking for a friendly, presentable, and hardworking Waiter to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff

Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries about items

Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and seating areas before service

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and dining areas after guests leave

Wash and organize utensils, glassware, and cutlery as needed

Maintain cleanliness of the overall café/restaurant space, including floors and equipment surfaces

Handle billing, cash, and card payments accurately

Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the manager when necessary

Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cutlery

Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
