Tundi Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent, committed, and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:

Position

Mechanical Engineer

Location

Head Office, Lalitpur, with coordination across project sites

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor machinery, vehicles, equipment, and fixed assets.

Plan and monitor repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and spare parts requirements.

Track and analyze maintenance and repair costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Evaluate and coordinate with national and international vendors/suppliers.

Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Registers, maintenance records, and cost trackers.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.

Support effective utilization, transfer, replacement, and disposal of company assets.

Develop and implement SOPs and systems for fixed asset and maintenance management.

Qualification and Experiences

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, vehicle fleet, plant maintenance, or fixed asset management will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts, vendor management, and cost control.

Good analytical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and asset/maintenance management systems.
