📋 About This Role

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and expanding the dealer network, developing customer relationships, conducting regular dealer and project/site visits, and providing market feedback to drive business growth.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and retain existing dealers while developing new dealers and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular dealer,customer, contractor, and project/site visits.
• Follow up on leads,quotations,orders, deliveries, payments,customer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, stakeholders.
• Support branding, promotional activities, and after-sales service coordination.

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing,Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, building materials, pipes,paints,hardware, or construction materials.
