Job Description

• Able to handle total financial malmanagement as ( day to day accounting , posting and reporting, Billing, ledger posting, profit and loss calculation of each clients file, profit and loss calculation of each vehicles, monthly full profit and loss account calculation and submission.)

• Bank Reconciliation

• Payable and receivable ration with proper aging and weekly reporting

• Party handling and payment scheduling

• Periodic reporting of furniture fixture and office asset

• Separate account handling of sister organization

• Cash receipt and payment handling through subordinate.

• Responsibility allocation and report receiving from own sub ordinate.

 

Job Specification

• Able to handle full financial department independently

• Able to allocate proper job description to the subordinate within finance department and make sure the department is function properly within stipulated time .

• Able to handle all the document required for the loan purpose as provisional and projected report, receivable and payable report and other documents.

• Able to submit daily and monthly report in time

• Able to handle bank and financial institution independently

• Able to prepare vat report and submit in time

• Able to do all the renewal in time

• Charming personality and proactive attitude and never say no to all important job and order.

• Able to handle difficult situation scarcity
