Job Summary

The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating stock movement, and ensuring the store operates efficiently. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials while maintaining proper records and following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, and dispatch of EV scooters, spare parts, accessories, and other materials.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.

• Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing items.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, issue/dispatch records, and other store documents.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of scooters and materials.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Procurement, and Accounts teams regarding stock requirements.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the concerned department.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.

• Use inventory/ERP software and Excel for stock tracking and reporting.
