Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the store, achieving sales targets, leading and motivating the store team, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards. The Store Manager will ensure smooth and efficient store operations while contributing to business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

• Ensure the store achieves its monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor daily sales performance and develop strategies to improve store revenue.

• Lead, supervise, motivate, and manage the store sales team.

• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staff allocation according to business requirements.

• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall performance.

• Provide regular guidance, coaching, and feedback to store employees.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and difficult situations professionally.

• Ensure proper product presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Conduct and supervise regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Identify and report stock shortages, damages, discrepancies, and other inventory-related issues.

• Monitor cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.

• Coordinate with the Retail Head, HR, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and other departments for smooth store operations.

• Ensure effective communication between management and store employees.

• Maintain proper store records, documents, reports, and other administrative requirements.

• Take responsibility for the overall performance, discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the store.
