JJ Marble is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to handle showroom sales, assist customers with product selection, generate sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable marble and related products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, quality, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Maintain records of visitors, enquiries, ongoing projects, and key clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with documentation, billing, order processing, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for proper showroom upkeep.
• Support daily showroom operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
