Job Description
Supervise and monitor nursing activities across wards and units. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and infection control protocols. Conduct orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff. Participate in audits, quality assurance programs, and departmental meetings. Handle patient or attendant concerns professionally.
Requirement
Bachelors degree in Nursing( BN/ B. Sc in Nursing) Minimum 3 years experience in hospital management or ward supervision
