Job Description

International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

Purpose of the Job

The post holder serves as the operational leader, ensuring that clinical, rehabilitation, financial, administrative, and community services function efficiently while supporting the organization’s mission and sustainability. The post-holder needs to be able to recognize where change is needed and implement accordingly to ensure processes are efficient and up to date, identify issues and bottlenecks early, develop appropriate plans to address them, and focus on achieving required outcomes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

Must have Master’s degree in Management Or Health Science Or Health Care Management Or in any relevant field.

Minimum of Five Years of Experience in health care management or hospital administration.

Ability to see the big picture and how multiple departments and project components work together in the achievement of Hospital goals.

Good human resource management skills, leadership skills, liaison and networking skills.

Ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members.

Excellent in analytical and conceptual skills in medical services management and able to plan and budget hospital and health programmes.

Proven ability to identify bottlenecks, plan and deliver change, and achieve measurable outcomes through effective teamwork and collaboration.

Team player, Proven ability in multi-tasking, independent, flexible, and adaptive.

A good understanding of, and full commitment to, the values which are important to INF Nepal.

Purpose of the Job

The post holder is responsible for providing safe, timely, and evidence-based medical care to patients admitted to the Accident & Trauma Room (ATR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Inpatient Department (IPD). The role focuses on initial patient assessment, stabilization, ongoing clinical management, accurate documentation, and performance of essential procedures within competency, effective communication with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and participation in shift-based service delivery.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

Must have an MBBS Degree, registered at Nepal Medical Council.

Freshers those who have cleared Medical Council Exam are encouraged to apply.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.

Must demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality.

Must have leadership skills, cross-cultural skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

Good clinical history-taking, examination, and making relevant differential diagnosis skills.

Must have basic computer skill and knowledge of software/systems related to hospitals.

Good English Language skills both written and spoken.

Must have proactive approach to patient care and must be honest and demonstrate integrity.

Good understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF.

Shining Hospital INF Nepal Surkhet

Purpose of the Job

The post holder is responsible to provide quality physiotherapy services to people with disabilities in Shining Hospital Surkhet and the working areas of the hospital led projects. He/She will be responsible for assessment of therapeutic need and managing an appropriate rehab programme and follow up as well as for mobility and other assistive devices and supervision of the implementation and safe, appropriate use of such.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with valid registration in Nepal Health Professional Council.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in clinical setup or in a relevant field.

Experience working in community is an advantage.

Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidentially.

Proactive approach to patient care. Personal initiative and good time management skills.

Ability to train and build the capacity of others.

Computer competencies – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Assess patients in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards.

Fluency in oral and written English and Nepalese Language.

Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
