Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and attract new customers.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand presence.

• Promote the company’s furniture products and services across relevant markets.

• Understand customer needs and provide customer-focused solutions.

• Develop creative marketing ideas and new approaches to expand the market.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve business targets.

• Handle major clients and support long-term business relationships.

• Take overall responsibility for planning and executing marketing activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, smart, confident, and proactive personality.

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and business development.

• Ability to identify opportunities and develop new marketing ideas.

• Customer-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Valid two-wheeler and vehicle driving license is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

Salary

NPR 40,000–50,000 per month, negotiable based on skills, experience, and capability.
