We’re looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor & Social Media Handler to bring our destinations to life online and help grow our digital presence.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for creating engaging video content and managing our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and full videos)
• Create promotional videos, destination showcases, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and travel tips
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others)
• Plan, schedule, and post content regularly
• Engage with our online community – reply to comments, messages, and reviews
• Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align content with current tours and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in the travel industry

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong portfolio of travel, lifestyle, or social media video content
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business (preferably tourism, travel, or lifestyle brands)
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Experience creating content while travelling or on location
• Familiarity with paid social advertising
