Key Responsibilities

1. On-Camera Presentation & Storytelling (45%)

• Primary Brand Presenter: Serve as the main on-camera talent and host for reels, feature updates, educational/cultural videos, and interactive digital content.
• Content Delivery & Script Adaptation: Perform scripts smoothly on camera, adapting team concepts and brand guidelines into an engaging, relatable tone.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the video production team during brainstorming and recording to ensure high-energy, effective video delivery.

2. Campaign Planning & Digital Growth (35%)

• Campaign Conceptualization: Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aimed at feature awareness, user acquisition, and app engagement.
• Proactive Social Media Strategy: Proactively map out content calendars, and drive creative strategies across all social channels.
• Brand & Community Partnerships: Identify key collaboration opportunities, influencers, and strategic partnerships to expand brand presence.

3. Analytics & Performance Optimization (20%)

• Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, conversion) to evaluate campaign success.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Use audience analytics and platform performance data to continuously refine content formats, video delivery, and marketing strategy.
• Trend Research: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and cultural conversations to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
