Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist for Sewage Treatment Plant, located in Kathmandu. The main responsibilities of this role include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients or internal teams, and achieving sales targets. The Specialist will also be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and improving the overall sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional support
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to improve team performance and client understanding
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in lead generation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the industrial or commercial products sector is advantageous
