Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing Manager to achieve the regional business goals.
• Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.
• Responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and developing client relations.
• Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
• Recommend the marketing tools to raise the brand awareness and position the company’s products and services to attract new and retain existing customers.
• Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.
• Support financing and payment collection efforts as part of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with leasing teams where necessary for customer support.

Requirements

• Proven experience of heavy industry/construction machinery sales for at least 02 years.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in construction or heavy machinery (e.g., Excavators, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Concrete Machinery, Forklifts, Aerial Work Platforms, Mining Equipment, Harvester etc.).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical / Electrical / IP Engineering, or International Business
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate with leasing / financing departments is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid motor bike driving license is mandatory.
