Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify and approach new clients, organizations, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the hotel team in Butwal to ensure smooth handling of corporate bookings and client requirements.
• Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel sales or corporate sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kathmandu market and business network.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities
