The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role also involves maintaining records of customer interactions, providing accurate information, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree running or completed in IT or any techical fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & technical skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers
• Flexible to work in any shifts
