Job Description
The Support Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication, coordinating between departments, and supporting strategic and administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication, reporting, and maintain accurate Excel trackers
- Support management in strategy execution, budgeting, and vendor/partner negotiations
- Lead, mentor, and supervise team members; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business decisions
- Draft, review, and manage professional communications, proposals, and reports
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high operational standards
Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, operations, or a managerial role
- Experience in the restaurant or tech industry will be an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Good understanding of business operations and basic financial concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email handling, reporting, documentation)
- Team management and leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
